I am a stomach sleeper, so I purchased the heavier blanket. I had high hopes that this would help with my sleep. And I would have to say, I think it does help. I have noticed that I am resting better. I am also a very hot sleeper. Like, wake up during the night sweating. This blanket has actually kept me cool and comfortable. I would encourage anyone who does not rest well to give it a try!
