Our Commitment

Your satisfaction matters to us. Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners and independent suppliers, return eligibility and processing standards may vary by product. To provide a consistent customer experience, we apply one standard returns and refunds policy across our store, which may be more restrictive than some individual supplier policies.

By placing an order, you agree to the return, refund, and cancellation terms outlined below.


Return Eligibility Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery of your order.

  • For orders shipped in multiple packages, the 7-day return window begins once the final package is marked as delivered.
  • Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of return authorization.
  • Returns shipped late, submitted outside the return window, or sent without approval may be denied or subject to up to a 20% restocking fee.

Eligible Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in new condition
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Original packaging, including clear garment bags, SKU labels, boxes, accessories, and included materials, must be intact
  • Item must not show signs of wear, damage, odor, washing, or alteration
  • Photos may be required before approval, especially for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these standards.


Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless required by law:

  • Beauty, cosmetics, skincare, and personal care products
  • Bodysuits
  • Face masks
  • Intimates, lingerie, and undergarments
  • Swimwear
  • Jewelry
  • Supplements, food, beverages, or perishable goods
  • Gift cards, promotional items, or discount codes
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
  • Digital products, downloadable products, subscriptions, or virtual goods
  • Open-pack wholesale items
  • Any item marked Final Sale

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued according to this policy, and you may place a new order separately.


Return Process

To Request a Return:

  1. Contact customer support using the link in your order confirmation email
  2. Provide your order number and purchase email
  3. State the reason for the return
  4. Submit required photos if requested

Important:

  • Return approval is required before shipping any item back
  • Unauthorized returns may be refused
  • Approval is granted at our sole discretion based on compliance with this policy

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or due to our fulfillment error
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping labels may be provided in approved cases, at our discretion
  • Restocking fees of up to 20% may apply for returns that do not fully comply with policy requirements

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
  • We will review and resolve eligible claims as replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion

Failure to report within the required timeframe may result in denial.


Missing Items

If an item appears missing:

  • Check whether your order was shipped in multiple packages
  • Allow 2-3 business days after all packages are marked delivered
  • If still missing, contact customer support promptly

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly, and cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

  • Once an order is placed, fulfillment may begin immediately
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible
  • Approved cancellations may incur processing or restocking fees
  • Orders already processed or shipped cannot typically be canceled

Refund Processing

Once your approved return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law

Policy Enforcement & Supplier Variations

Because we source products from multiple suppliers, certain items may be subject to additional supplier-specific restrictions. In all cases, our store’s unified policy governs customer purchases unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to refuse returns, apply restocking fees, limit refund eligibility, or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
