Normally I try to stay away from gadgets in the kitchen and use just the basics, however I wanted to find a healthier way to fry food. I did most everything in the oven but hated the idea of warming up the house in the summertime just to cook a small portion. Making popcorn is a bonus without added ingredients, and I'll never reheat pizza in the microwave again, it comes out so crisp and delicious.
