Clean Simple Eats uses a third party test every production batch for heavy metals. Any elevated test result would stop the release of the batch. Clean Simple Eats standards are much more rigid than the industry standard! We are also GMAP certified. Although they manufacture in a facility that processes milk, nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, eggs, crustaceans, and fish, but have never had a cross-contamination issue.

Although they aren’t labeled as “organic” we source our protein from the volcanic hills of New Zealand where the cows are free to graze on 26 different indigenous plants. But, since they source it out of the US, we can’t put the USDA Organic stamp on our products.
